Luckily, I was able to do some digging on the internet and found some tutorials to help me fix the issues myself.
The parts cost was $160 and the labor was not that challenging. I grabbed the parts from my local parts store. With about 3 hours of work the problem was gone. I used FIXD again to confirm that the issues were gone and the check engine light was turned off.
